None of that is going to matter in this case. She is a judge so she will not be charged with anything. She will probably throw the new BF under the bus also. It will clear her name of any wrong doing.
 
Ahh.. I understood it to be that the recently deceased guy's ex-wife was a judge (the infamous "woman in white blouse")

The county DA office was right to recuse itself.
 
It also (appears) that Chad Read the deceased "real man" has burned through a few wives in the last decade. As well as spending a bit of it in prison. Also been reported that he was told not to come at 3:15 the kid wasn't there. He came at 6:15 to fight about it.

Note: internet hearsay above. But the numerous wife's and embezzlement conviction sure look probable.
 
The widow of the dead guy (Jennifer Read) has filed a $50 million wrongful death lawsuit against the shooter and his place of business, which is where the initial argument (prior to the shooting ) took place.

It appears that the shooter's former wife has also filed a suit against her ex husband as part of the ongoing divorce proceedings between her and the shooter Kyle Carruth:

Things usually ain't how the media plays them. Sure looks like he supposed to pick the kid up at school....3:15...he was told not to go where he went, and was told calmly to leave. I'm sure he was frustrated but that doesn't give him the right to execute the court order. And that's what he was doing....in his mind.
 
One of the news articles said he (and wife Jennifer) went to Carruth's place of business earlier in the day looking for the kid, then went to former wife's house later, around 6:15pm and that's when the shooting took place.

It's so convoluted, that it's like one of those school plays or theatrical deals where you can't tell who all the players are even WITH a program...

The man who "defended himself" in the Arbery case chased down an innocent man, illegally detained him and assaulted him. That's not self defense in any case. "Felony murder" charges are brought in Georgia when a person is killed in the commission of a felony. Commit multiple felonies, get multiple counts of felony murder. If you think it's a railroad job, I assume you are equally outraged when it's applied that way to every other murder case in Georgia.

Not at all what happened. This took place in a residential development on the water front. The residents had several break-ins of homes and boats leading up to this, and formed a neighbor hood watch. The dead boy was seen inside a new home under construction, and these 3 men stopped him and asked him what he was doing there. They had already called the police, told them what was happening, ,and told the police they were going over to the house to confront him. One of the three videoed the whole encounter, so that the sh*t that happened to them, wouldn;t. They asked the thug who he was, what he was doing there, etc, the boy said he was jogging..in fl;p-flops. He did not live in that area, he lived in a housing project in Brunswick. They told the boy to just wait, that the police would be there in a couple of minutes. He started running off. The one guy did hold a gun an him and told him to STOP,, and quit running. The boy charged at him and tried to take his gun away, forcing the man to shoot. Just like the man in Texas...just like Kyle. Not even the bluest democrat state in the nation, has a law that says you must let a criminal take your gun away and shoot you with it.

John Wayne was a hell of a role model, and that is what is wrong with this nation today.. no more cowboy role models.

"Boy"? "Thug"?

Nothing was stolen. Civilians don't get to detain innocent people at gunpoint. It's pretty clear to see why you feel the way you do about it.

Edit to add: Arbery was wearing running shoes, as can be seen clearly in both the surveillance and cell phone videos.
