warts????

G'day

I have a small herd of angus cows and one of them has what appears to be warts from the start of her rectal area down to what would be viewed as her thigh region but in a reasonably straight sort of line top to bottom
can anyone help me as to what the possible problem could be as she also seems to be a little distende in the upper region also and i haven't had any luck trying to find a addequate description of the problem thus far on the net

I've seen warts on the head, ears and neck of cattle but never down the rear. Are you sure it's warts?
