Warning....Cell Phone...Do Not Call List

I just received a email stating that in approxmately 30 days cell phone numbers will be available to telemarketers....the call could be charged to your phone...
Here is the National Do Not call List number and email that I received;

Not quite the straight story. The deal was, and this happened a while back, numbers became portable. This means that if you want to switch from a land line to a cell phone , or one cell company to another, you can keep your existing number. So a number that was a land line can now be a cell. Since this is happening, there is no way to know if a number is a cell number or landline number. The telemarketers don't know that they are calling a cellphone (which is still illegal), and they have no way of finding out. Having all of your numbers on the do not call list is the best thing to do, but my preference would be the death penalty for telemarketers
