Most seem to like them, I have never used one.
The biggest worry I have is parts availability in the future, and the warranty is pretty lousy. Who knows if Vulcan is still going to be around in 10 years, Harbor Freight doesn't exactly have a good reputation for keeping the same suppliers.
For the money I would just get a used name brand, at least there is no question about whether there will be parts and service available.
