I wish that more anti-agriculture groups and people could see this story, and the many more out there just like it. The DeFrees family is using cattle to rehabilitate a valley floor that was torn apart from dredge mining. Imagine that cattle helping the environment, and ranchers caring enough about the land to protect and restore it.
