vermeer baler question

I have a 5520 that the monitor is alarming retract overfill with no bale in it anyone ever see this issue I can't get it to reset

Your baler should have the ACCU-TIE MONITOR and if the bale size POTENTIOMETER sensor is working it ought to alarm when the bale is full. Does you baler have the ACCU-TIE MONITOR as XL balers do? A couple members have that exact baler and maybe can help. I think some of those even have the ACCU-BALE PLUS MONITOR.

There's only two wires going to the linear actuator that applies your twine. Send 12v+ on one and ground on the other to make it go one way, and reverse polarity to make it go the other way.
