Vermeer 554XL Balers

I am looking to upgrade our round baler. We have been baling with a Vermeer 605G, but recently I have found a couple of 554XLs for sale around here for what seems like a good deal. I really like the idea of going to a 4' wide bale because of transportation issues. Have any of you used a 554XL? If so would you recommend them or should I keep looking?

My 555XL Accubale sucks, but I may have gotten a lemon. Even the Vermeer rep said it was a POS. Sensors always go out, it won't wrap net or double wraps net, right now it says the right side of the bale is full and left is empty, you spit on the hay and it is too wet and plugs it. I see a lot of Vermeers running, but from what I've gathered the XL line isn't very good. I hear a lot of good stuff about the classic M's though.
