THings aren't looking too good for Bush and his war in Iraq. The Spaniards decided they had enough and packing their bags for home. Zapato, their PM, is one smart guy. Just hope Bush doesn't go to Madrid and threaten them with a proposal to go to war against them! He probably will accuse zapato as a country leader of terrorist and he is hiding WMD from him and the WMD in Spain is a threat to America....... Hope his sidekicks keep a tight rein on Bush.
One good thing came from Bush this week. He asked Ariel Sharon to send one of his missles into that creep's car....one less Hamas to worry about. Now he needs to sent a new missile to their NEW leader..the fewer there are, the better it is! Hamas IS an international threat and should take in great consideration. Should divert some of our men to West Bank and clean out the rats in their sewers.
Politically, Cheney made an interesting speculation the other day stating Kerry is a threat to gun owners. if the rumors are true, we shouldn't have Kerry in the White House either! I'am from a gun-friendly/happy family and if Kerry tries to take our guns away, he will not achieve! We are a family of hunters and if he tried to take our freedom to hunt, he will be impeached from the White House!

The Spaniards are on the verge of raising their terror threat status from "run away" to "hide" just like the French have already done. We need their help just like you need a four year old's help changing a tire. Might make them feel good but it takes you twice as long to get the job done and they get discouraged or loose focus mighty easily.

As far as guns go, Oregonian, I don't believe you. If you valued your Second Amendment rights you would value other conservative precepts. It's NOT about hunting.

You're darn right it's scary. Greatness and goodness are always tested. Our nation is coming to a crossroads once again this November. Another horrible terrorist attack on our soil will strengthen the resolve of many good people here, but the weak and cowardly would howl louder than ever.

Iraq is not the war. Like Afghanistan, Iraq is one campaign in the war. There is much more fighting to be done. We might not view it as a holy war but our adversaries certainly do. If we fold now we might as well hand them the keys to everything because they will own us. If we stand up for freedom and good, stay the course and are actually willing to fight and sacrifice as the generations before us, then God willing, we will be victorious. Freedom is not free. It's expensive. And it's worth it.
