New to cattle, recently bought two beef bottle calves. They're doing great so far, currently 10 weeks old. Was wondering what vaccinations should they be getting now or should they? They currently have gotten nothing. They'll be on a small farm with a few goats and horses, not a large cattle operation. There's so much information on google, having a hard ti
W figuring out the best route so thought I'd ask those that have been there done that. Thanks

They are old enough to get a clostridial 7 or 8 way and a live 4 way vaccine. Not sure where you are so won't use brand names from Canada.
They can also be dehorned and castrated if bulls to make them more marketable.

I'd suggest talking to your vet. Geography matters and some vaccines may not be necessary while others are crucial. At 10 weeks old they should still be protected by passive immunity - unless they didn't receive their dams colostrum. My exception to that is an intra nasal (Inforce 3) day 1 when I tag and administer First Defense. Do you know their history?

I agree with TC. Inforce3 until they are 3 (THREE) months old. Then, I would give a Modified Live Vaccine. I use BoviShield 5L5 and OneShot UltraChoice 8. At 4 months old, I hit them with the BS5L5 again and UltraChoice 8 (booster).
Please note I corrected my quote. Inforce 3 - then at 3 months old, I would give the MLV.
