When vaccinating w/ Triangle 9 directions say to vaccinate and give a follow up dose two weeks later and to revaccinate annually. Does this mean I give one booster each year or the two week dose again.

Should be 1 dose the first time ever that the animal has received the vaccine. Then 2 weeks later a second dose which boosts or amplifies the immune system to produce antibodies effectively. After that, each year you would give it 1 time only to keep the immune system active or primed.
