His dad uses it for his hay meadows. He leases one place (30 acres) for it's hay meadow. It is partially wooded and he was able to determine that the hay meadow part is actually 23 acres. It helped him negotiate the price of the lease to a lower price.
I don't have an iPhone, so I've never used it. I thought that it could come in handy, especially if you lease a place.
