I live near Stockton Missouri. Locally the value of "excellent" grazing pasture (well fenced with a good stand of fescue and with few weeds or sprouting trees) is about $15/acre/year. Your place will also need ponds to supply water to the animals. Other areas, even only 20 miles distant vary in pricing. Eaglewerks
