All right folks, I think I know what some of these stand for:
USDA= United States Department Agriculture
NCBA= National Certified Black Angus
R-CALF=Ranchers Cattlemen Action Legal Fund
COOL= I have no idea , I think it has something to do with identifying cattle?
I don't know enough about R-calf to know whether they suck or not.
BSE = Mad Cow Disease??
Now didn't BSE start in England??
