Just looked this one up and wondered because this disease causes the body of animal or human not to give an inflammatory response if they had done testing with aloe gel and here is the paper. Or course there is much more to this but will look up more especially on the 450 chromosomes.

Aloe has to be stabilized to work by freezing the gel before use and then using within four hours after adding to water or liquid source.

This is very interesting study.
