This video seemed straight forward to me. I was a guy who didnt know much about it at all so figured if anyone else wanted to understand it a bit better this was a good place to start.

Now I hear that the next problem on the horizon is not home mortages, but commercial real estate.
An "interesting" time in which we live.

Going to be a big time commercial property problem. With all of the retailers closing and the malls having a lot of vacancy, you're going to see some big time investment groups go under.

Some of the malls will be the new American "ghost towns".

This show ain't anywhere close to being over......

Just the closing of all those "Circuit City" stores put lots of malls in trouble.
