Had a heifer "put on" an old tire like a horse collar. You would have thought it was the KY derby wreath the way she could move with it. It had been the tire holding the pan of minerals. She wore it proudly until she and I had a rodeo. It did not give up easily.

I did not get pictures. Was not in the mood at the time.
That second one could be a challenge. I would probably just take it to the sale and put it in the pound pen. looks like a heavy tire. Some would call that a "belly dragger".
 
Cannot imagine the red one with the tire around the middle.... guess a tranquilizer to get it pretty mellow and cutting through the tire????
Run her through something that's narrower than the tire but wider than her, like a chute, door frame, or between a couple trees. She'll pull herself through it.
