My hereford cows appear to have smaller bags than my black cows. Will they give less milk? Their calves are doing OK. Any advice will be appreciated.

Udder size has nothing to do with milking ability. The best way to tell if a cow has enough milk is to check the calf. If the calf is content and gaining well then the cow has enough milk. You might be surprised my weaning weights as well, those herefords just might raise a bigger calf!<br>Janet
