Udder development in non pregnant underbreeding heifers PROBLEM

13 months old underbreeding heifer shows abnormal development and enlargement of all udder quarters and teats.
When stripping her, a yellow watery milk is secreted.
Now she is 3 months pregnant at 16 months old.
What is the cause of this phenomenon and how to deal with it ?
There are 2 other underbreeding heifers showing this udder development but without teats enlargement.
Please help.

Some molds that grow on grain can cause udder development in open heifers.

Yes, I'very told that some mycotoxins in yellow corn bad quality silage have estrogenic effects on heifers like udder development and musculinization.
I already use chemical and biological anti-toxins as feed additives.
Could this heifer return to normal ??
And will that affect udder function and milk production after calving ??

I would hazard a guess that's she's 8 months along, not 3 months

What type feeding program do you have her and the other heifers on?

If these are non lactating first calf heifers you may just be giving them more groceries than they really need especially if only short bred

Clover can cause this. But sounds like they are not getting clover either.

Are you sure of your breeding dates?
Is there a bull among your heifers or do you use AI?
I would get that heifer preg checked to guesstimate how far along she is or you could do an ultra sound.
3 months along = about size of a rat
4 months along = about size of a cat
5 months along = about size of a large cat
6 month = about size of a beagle dog
