Twin bull?

:?: If you use a bull that is a twin with another bull and been semen checked, is there a larger chance for this bull to throw twins also. His birthweight was 45 # while the twin's was 50#. His 14mo. weight was 1050#.

A twin bull won't sire more twins then any other bull, but his daughters will be more likely to have twins.

There is a male component in twinning -- male IDENTICAL twins are more likely to throw twins.

Ann is correct too say that if the calfs are identical twins then it is possible that the probability of increase twins would be linked to the bull rather than the female. The key is determining whether or not they are identical without DNA testing.
