to 2.00 higher, most strength on weights over 700 lbs. Stocker and feeder
heifers steady. Good attendance of buyers, with active trade. Weigh-ups
average. Receipts consisted of 52% steers, heifers 40%, bulls 7% with 41%
feeders over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows and bulls steady. Demand good on fleshier cows. Total of 232
cows and bulls sold with 51% going to packers.
