I give traingle 9 twice a year (spring & fall) along with a pour-on wormer. Calves get blackleg in addition at 3-4 months old which coincides with working my cattle in the spring or fall, depending on which calving season they were born in.

This depends on your exposure.
First, I do not think Blackleg is a problem in NE.
We vaccinate for Clostridials & Pasturella & Lepto (very important) and deworm/delice twice a year.
If you use a killed vaccine (Triangle is killed) you really should vaccinate all cattle AT LEAST twice a year.
I recommend using a live vaccine but timing is more critical than with killed.
