My old hand pump is about had it and thinking about a 12 volt pump.
I have been watching for used tanks and pumps but they are either junk or they want a new price.
Saw these pumps on Northern Tool:

A little cheaper than a GPI at Rural King but never heard of them.
I probably only do about 200 gallons a year. Using a barrel right now but wanting a tank.

I have one of those from northern tool that I keep for a backup and if I need to pump a tank out on a tractor or something. Probably pumped a couple hundred gallons since I've had it and it's still working. It is loud and fairly slow but it gets the job done.

Fill Rite Pumps. This is a 15GPM. You can pick up a 13GPM for a few dollars less. I've never had much luck with the cheaper ones from TSC. The others mentioned above I have no experience with. But anything can tear up. Including the FillRites. For 200 gallons a year, a hand pump may be the most reliable of all. These electric pumps preform better if they are run fairly often so as not to get "froze up". Either way, good luck with whatever you choose.
