Back in the day I didn't know Cleveland,Columbus, Dayton, ect. had high crime like they did. I lived outside of Dayton one time. Beautiful state, winters are colder than I like. I love Memphis. I'm sure things have changed alot since 70s and 80s. I look at how much things in just the area I live have grown in the past 10-15 years. My step brother had gone to prison for 10 years+ got out went back got out went back x however many lost count. (Meth charges) cell phones wasn't a thing when he went in 2000, GPS, nothing like that. When he got out for a little while he was funny. The area from the time he went in, technology, had changed so much. I'd write him letters talking about stuff like GPS he thought I was nuts. He couldn't believe how when he got out people just walked around looking at their phones. When I say it sad to see people get on drugs trust me... he spend 20 years in and out of prison and halfway house..... mostly in.
