Tomi's Rant on COOL

I have read countless articles since this video was posted. All articles are anti-Tomi. I started to believe that she was completely off base. But then I read the comments on an article by drovers. But it seems her rant was half right in it has hurt the producer since the repeal of COOL and helped the packer. Now please anyone correct me if I am wrong. Just looking to see what you all thought of this rant and if she was completely off base.
