To feed or not to feed?

I've got a cow that'll be butchered mid October, she's nice and fat, will be all ground. Would it make much difference if she's fed grain the last 30-45 days as far as the taste of the meat? I'm selling her on the quarters and don't want anyone to have a bad experience. I've ground some straight off grass in n the past and I couldn't tell much difference.

If it was mine I would feed her. We had around a 7 year old can't really remember exact age Braford cow processed for ground beef.She was in good shape but I went on and fed her out just like I do with our younger calves for beef. The meat is real good.
