It doesn't cause a problem in the garden, it fixes nitrogen in soil as other legumes do and smothers out other weeds and will generally start fading out as the weather gets warmer for gardening. There are people who plant it in their garden for a cover crop in the fall for those reasons and then roll it before turning under.Thank you everyone for your input. Yes, it does look like a vetch of some type.
I did download the Plantnet app. Very handy.
I will definitely leave this alone in my pastures. It will have to go in my garden area.
Now that I know what it is, control will be no problem.
