Help Support CattleToday:

moisture level varies some more than others but IMO 60-65% is good .. It can be moved with tractors no skidder absolutely necessary Now freezing weather aspect i couldn't answer as winters here are mild but seems its still pretty easily moved. You can store it in the summer if bagged and properly stored theres been many studies it seems as how to store in the summer with minimal spoilage.

I just bought 24 ton through my local feed store and had it delivered bulk. We put it under a pole barn. It has weathered very well and the waste has only been what the dang coons have eaten. Saved a bunch of money!!!

How much did it cost?
