Can someone help to identify this weed? Growing all over my place :-(

All over your place but no where else? Did you buy hay from out of the area and haul manure? Off hand the leaf structure is
similar to rag weed. Have you talked with your county extension agent or whoever the purveyor of farm chemicals may be in
your area. You will get answers on here but I think you would do better, quicker, if you tried closer to home first.
