All but impossible to be tight on any of those 4 things.
Each has high acquisition costs.
Each is high maintenance.
Each guaranteed to be troublesome at some point.
Each guaranteed to have to be fed on schedule.
My wife was fussing at me and I told her she was lucky to have me, and that I used to have to fight women off with a stick and she was fortunate that I just ran out of sticks. (Yet another cost was incurred with that comment.)
