Maybe temporary? Since it started with an unregistered cow..........................
 
Probably a critter from the young sire evaluation that is done on Olsen's ranch. They keep track of all the data just like it was a registered animal for data collection. I could be completely wrong too:)

If this were another association I would say it looks like your standard grading up pedigree. It goes back on the bottomside to a 1999 cow of unknown ancestry. Now the animal in question is (at least) 87.5% Hereford. I knew that Hereford would let you inventory your commercial and nonHereford cows; but I never realized they could pop up in the online registry. I assume this cow has some sort of nonpaper papers???
