Let me get one. It won't be a professional pic.Are you scared to post a picture? Get a good one and show us all this monster you own...
Head up and ears forwardLet me get one. It won't be a professional pic.
I was thinking of breeding her to another extreme bull.Haven't ever seen a pedigree feed a single person, top animals many times are out produced by their "lower quality " siblings or half siblings".
If she is that extreme . I would mate to an extreme in the opposite direction. Test out extreme heterozygosity
Its ok to do this as an isolated experiment but if you breed your whole herd with this mentality you will destroy your herd and waist a lifetime of breeding. There is a couple of breeders in my breed who had magnificent herds exporting semen all over the world. They went down the ebv breeding line stacking numbers and now people wont touch their animals. One is constantly bragging about his animals being the best on paper, they seriously look hideous. Interesting though no one seems to say it to his face but behind his back no one is short of an opinion.Correct I stacked traits on top of traits. I refused to give up feet , I knew I had to add marbling, so I chose Deadwood. I didn't expect the top epd power cow in the world. Her feet are very good , her dam WW ratio was 119%, and YW was 120%. She has been cycling, I didn't push her I was using the calves to clean up some hay fields this summer.
4136 and 8809 are on the bottom side. Her dams udders were beautifulIf you are going to keep her would take a serious look at S Architect 9501. We just weaned some calves sired by him and they have growth and a nice look. Also a son is S Armstrong and he probably throws an even better look to his calves. They are kind of bordering into being hot rod performance cattle, but I think they have a strong maternal foundation.
