The George W. Bush Presidential Library is now in the planning stages and accepting donations. The Library will include:

. The Hurricane Katrina Room, which is still under construction.

. The Alberto Gonzales Room, where you won't be able to remember anything.

. The Texas Air National Guard Room, where you don't even have to show up.

. The Walter Reed Hospital Room, where they don't let you in.

. The Guantanamo Bay Room, where they don't let you out.

. The Weapons of Mass Destruction Room, which no one has been able to find.

. The National Debt Room, which is huge and has no ceiling.

. The Tax Cut Room, with entry only to the wealthy.

. The Economy Room, which is in the toilet.

. The Iraq War Room. (After you complete your first visit, they make you to go back for a second, third, fourth, and sometimes fifth visit.)

. The Dick Cheney Room, in the famous undisclosed location, complete with shotgun gallery.

. The Environmental Conservation Room, still empty.

. The Gift Shop, where you can buy an election.

. The Men's Room, where you can meet some of your favorite Republican Senators.

. The Decider Room, complete with dart board, magic 8-ball, Ouija board, dice, coins, and straws.

The library will feature an electron microscope to help you locate and view the President's accomplishments.

The library will also include many famous quotes by George W. Bush:

˘ "The vast majority of our imports come from outside the country."

˘ "If we don't succeed, we run the risk of failure."

˘ "Republicans understand the importance of bondage between a mother and child."

˘ "No senior citizen should ever have to choose between prescription drugs and medicine."

˘ "I believe we are on an irreversible trend toward more freedom and democracy - but that could change."

˘ "One word sums up probably the responsibility of any Governor, and that one word is 'to be prepared'."

˘ "Verbosity leads to unclear, inarticulate things."

˘ "I have made good judgments in the past. I have made good judgments in the future."

˘ "The future will be better tomorrow."

˘ "We have the best educated American people in the world."

˘ "One of the great things about books is sometimes there are some fantastic pictures." (during an education photo-op)

˘ "Illegitimacy is something we should talk about in terms of not having it."

˘ "We are ready for any unforeseen event that may or may not occur."

˘ "It isn't pollution that's harming the environment. It's the impurities in our air and water that are doing it."

˘ "I stand by all the misstatements that I've made."

PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY!

Sincerely,

G.W. Bush Library Board of Directors

I was going to ask what sort of books they would have there, coloring or comic?

Where's the safety room where you don't have to worry about a terrorist attack? Oh wait that's the whole country!

you sure wasted a lot of space, what flavor kool aid u drink? no doubt obama will have a give away america room in his,and an abortion room

I was also wondering whether there is a panic room, but then I realized that is the whole country, as well.

Time to lock this one down before it turns into a bloodbath.

Before ya'll sling any more arrows at "W" maybe you could take a good look at yer own glass houses.

Right or wrong he stood up to his enemies, took care of his friends, and lived by the courage of his convictions. I wonder can all of us say the same thing?

Nice...

And the answer is Red.

The real question is : how long can the dems get away with blaming George Bush for everything ? Will Keith Olberman and Rachel Maddow be able to have a show if not for bashing W ? Maybe we'll figure out that they really didn't have anything to say anyway .

I didn't mean it in any mean way-- I just thought it was a funny joke. I would have posted it no matter who it was about... sorry didn't realize the politics of it all!!

;-)

Oh, Pa-LEASE! You guys are so thinned skinned! Making fun of W has become an American passtime. There's just SO MUCH to work with there. It's a comedic goldmine!

I only hope that it becomes politically correct to make fun of #44. I'm sure that there will loads of immitators there, too. I already tried to poke fun at him and the thread went poof, so I'm an equal opportunity jokester. You all certainly have a field day with Bill Clinton. Fair's fair. Don't go getting all, head bobbin', finger pointin', red in the face mad, now.

Honestly, people have been poking fun at presidents for as long as there have been presidents.

Give Bush credit. He kept Al Gore and John Kerry from being President. What's happening now would have happened 8 years earlier. Oh well..the Obama Stimulus Pkg is on the way....no way in he!! to blame it on George.

It will never be "politically correct" to make fun of #44. He will however, be a good source of comic inspiration for years to come. It has actually started already, with the pics of the new limo with the fancy wheels, the pics of him smoking, and today the turning up of the heat in the White House.

I honestly can't say that I support his policies as our new President, but I do support and respect the office of the President.

Amerika is getting exactly what it asked for.

Wonder how long before this one is locked?

It happens all over the World the leaders are the but of jokes, I remember putting one up of OB and it was quoshed before it got out, one was made of Gordon Brown the biggest joke of all and that was knocked off to.

I saw this last night right after you posted it. Judging from your past posts, I didn't think you were being mean sprited. It's just a joke. That being said, it doesn't belong here and I can't believe it hasn't been locked or zapped. Apparently the no politics rule is more of a suggestion than an actual rule.

By the way, I donated to the real George W. Bush Presidential Library, so all you malicious Bush haters out there can kiss my rear end.

Hey!! wait a second now. There's room for one more on MT Rushmore. "W" would be a GOOD fit. :D
