Don't worry Rich...I know that Limousim is the carcass breed..the folks at the Association told me so... and as a new owner of Limousin genetics I am inclined to believe them.
Hope I didn't commit a mortal sin but we bred her to our red angus bull...she runs with the rest (angus, herefors & baldies) and appears to be getting fatter than her herd mates. We'll see in March.
