Me either nail them.
Between road rage and distractions it has gotten really bad.
HeII it is worse than Trinity county on Saturday night at 2 when it was the only wet county for miles.

I agree and disagree with some of that. I am not a drive and texter, but I do have to adjust my GPS and I do eat while driving. When I see somebody texting and driving I usually get over in the other lane.

They passed a very similar law here. It goes into affect next weekend.

Passed it several years ago here... It only covers electronic handheld devices to my knowledge... though evidently if you're swerving around while eating and driving I'm sure you can be ticketed under other laws.. undue care and attention, etc.
It's really bad here too.. so many people who can't drive with 100% focus are texting and driving..

That law has been in College Station since around Christmas time. Great way for them to pull you over and find a lot more things to get you for.
