Reic where have you been. You must not have school age children. Texas used to asminister the TAAS Test (Texas Assesment of Academic Skills) but that test went away about three years ago and now they take the TAKS Test (Texas Assesment of Knowledge and Skills). The new test is much harder but as always Texas students are stepping yup to the plate.
