He has priors, he should be be disposed of like a bull with a bad attitude. I have ZERO tolerance for people like that. They are a drain on society, there are too many people now. Don't care about his family, his "poor me I had a bad upbringing" or whatever. There is always some bleeding heart bunch that is finding excuses for low life's like that.
