Looking at the google map, there appears to be a nice sized body of water to the east that possibly could hold some good fishing grounds.

Could be a scam also why would it be in East Texas Craigslist instead of one in Tennessee.

Could be someone in Texas has gotten sick of Texas. This place lists properties from all of the northwest, and goes to conventions around the country hawking them. You never know who's going to want to move.

If an hour and a half drive is close then yeah, it's close. Truth be told Benton County isn't terrible desirable, not unlike that sh*thole county you call home.
