Saw on the news the picture of the young bear coming off of someone's porch in Winfield. Do your best to keep those critters down there please!

 
Friend of mine posted it on Facebook a couple days ago and I was a little skeptical, but then it went viral on all the new stations. Yikes! They're north of town and we're way east, but definitely a little scary. Where's there's a cub, there's a mama. Somewhere.
 
Nothing to be scared of, they are fun to watch. Knocking over a trashcan or bbq grill is about as serious as they get for the most part.

Totally agree. They are a pain when they smell food. We treed 37 during our 5 week season. Probably don't tree 1 of 5 that the dogs get after.
