Swollen Throat Area

I have a 10 month old heifer that has swelling around the throat area and moving slowly.She's eating ,but slowly.Any ideas? Thanks very much!

The only thing that comes readily to mind is warbles.

I had a heifer that had swelling in her thoat. Turned out she had a heart defect and died in a couple of days. The swelling was Edema and kind of lead the Vet and I astray.

Swollen lymph nodes?

The swelling is just about gone.She is acting a lot better.Didn't vaccinate,didn't know what to use.Just kept a close eye on her.Did change from cubes to grain,thought it would be easier on her to swallow.Thanks again for everyones input.
