Superior sale results

I just looked at the sale results from Superior's Corn Belt special which was Tuesday and Wednesday. 9 weight steers brought over $3.00. That is not for a single steer. That is pot loads of them. Multiple loads from different regions

We sold on Superior yesterday. Broke the ranch sale record third year in a row. Steers went for a few cents over $3.70. Heifers: three and a half.

Today a friend of mine sold 350 feeder steers based at 1,000 lbs. Got $2.83. That is a pretty nice pay day.

Some people just up the road sold a couple loads weaned steer calves for November delivery weighing 475 for $4.63 and weighing 565 for $4.12. This is great but when it does bust there are going to be some people go under.

Partially opened the border, then shut it down 24 hours later, due to new case of NWSW 360 miles from border now...

I don't know how to link things... but if you go to the usda govt website... Rollins had a press release about the new case found and shutting down the border....
Corbitt Wall had information on his daily report... and mentioned that Mexico recently accepted a shipment of cattle from Nicaragua .... where they live with NWSW all the time... lots of politicking I think....
