How does that even happen... was the auto head gate left in the "Open" position or was there just enough space for her to stick her head in? We always make it a priority to make sure everything is closed up with regards to the squeeze chutes. If there is a way for a cow to get in trouble, they will find it!!

The lot that we winter bulls in has an auto catch headgate with auto reset. The bulls love to rub on the release handle. If we forget to wire the headgate shut, they always open it.
