Stiff Steer

My friend is in her second year of raising steers and I noticed that one of them is really stiff in his rear right leg. He rolls off of his left hip and seems like he doesnt have full molbility in his right leg. She is going to buy 200 dollars worth of cellerator to see if it makes a diffrence but I find cellerator to just be a mineral supplement and something to give animals that are under high stress or preformance. Is there some kind of heating device or injection that can be used to loosen him up? Our fair is in May. Thank you

Since this is a show steer and she probably as alot invested in him, she should really talk to a vet before she does other things on her own.
