I can't picture the building so can't really help there.

Just king of as a general statement, in my opinion, buildings like that don't add alot of value to raw land. Its one of those deals where it makes that piece of land more appealing if you have two properties to compare that are very simular, but doesn't bring any better price.

So if they are hyping up the building with an already high sales price don't bite. :lol:

The condition of the steel will have a lot to do with the value. Steel buildings deprecate with age. You may want to check the county tax roles. Sounds like you could store a lot of hay in it.
Steel in this area just took on a 30% price increase.
