state trust land leases

Does anyone have any information on leasing state trust lands in Oklahoma or any other state for that matter. I would like to know who to contact and how the whole thing works. Thanks in advance.

I would contact your department of state land, DNR, Forest Servic, etc. They are put up for bids whenever the lease runs out. There are quite a few leases in west that are not being renewed or the anti-grazing people are outbidding the ranchers.
