I have a concrete block spring box. Water flows in between 2 rocks, and is supposed to flow out through an exit pipe. Water has eroded the concrete blocks around the exit pipe and is letting too much water out. (This spring box provides water to a house, hogs, sheep, and cattle). What can I use to patch the hole. I cannot stop water from flowing in, so it will have to be something that can be done "wet". Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Quick set grout. If the flow tries to take it before setting block the water with bags, tarps, plywood or whatever until you get set. It tells the time to set on the container: 5 minutes, 10 minutes...

I'll try to find the hydraulic cement today. Couldn't find any bentonite locally. I really appreciate the help, guys.
Any hardware store will have it. Just a warning if you've never used it before. Mix SMALL amounts. Like no bigger than a golf ball, and apply quickly. The stuff I used cured within 10-15 seconds. At first I tried mixing enough to do the whole project since it was small. Bad idea. By the time I had applied the first small blob by hand, the rest was already cured. But it works great for what you're doing.
