Spreader floor options

What's everyone's thoughts on box spreader floor replacements? I just picked up a project spreader and floor is getting shot figured time to replace it before I need need it. It's a new idea 3622. I was thinking I should go with a poly floor. Any insight? Was thinking it's the same stuff as that tongue and groove decking am I correct or is that a equipment dealer special? I'm sure I'm not the only one on here who runs old equipment. Any input is appreciated!

I have no idea how much it cost. But Tivar would make a good floor. I've used a lot in coal hoppers with good results

It should be a polly sheet that you can order from the dealer or an after market place.
I have a NI 3739. I love it. The polly is getting bad in it to. Can't wait to hear the other answers.

These are the dealer numbers in the parts book. Some numbers seem discontinued and are special order if you can even get them. Will cost over USD$2000 for a new floor.

Depending whatever people say on here I'm highly considering trying that tongue and groove pvc decking. I don't really want to put in a factory replacement mainly for coat reasons but also like to me it looks like the same stuff.

I had my dealer repair a fairly good size hole in the floor of my new idea 3622 spreader. they used plywood for the base and glued a piece of poly sheeting on top. it was cheaper than I expected the repair to be when I took it to the dealer. that was probably 3-4 years ago and it is still working fine.

That's how mine is now. I wonder if that was an out grade when the 37 series came out.

Just put in 3/4" 4x12 marine grade plywood last year. Soaked in oil/diesel. PVC decking had too much flex for me and poly was too expensive. We'll see how it holds up.
