I'm wanting to set up a sprayer with a boomless nozzle. I want to spray 16-20 feet wide at 4 mph using 20-25 gallons per acre. What nozzle and what height does it need to be set at?

I've made a couple 3 sprayers, and went through several different nozzles in doing so. Won't do I tried em all, but to me a Hamilton is the best. Height size etc by chart on their web page.

I have a single valley industries nozzle on my wheeler. For a single nozzle is has a more arcing spray pattern than most. It'll do about 18 feet.

My sprayer has boominators set at about 48" off the ground. They spray at about 15' on each side to give me a 30' spray pattern. I usually set my guidance system at 28' to give a better coverage. It puts out about 15 gallons per acre at 4 MPH
