My Dad always fertiled using granular. Since we are having a horrible drought we noticed some ranchers are using liquid fertilizer for spray. Now I have no clue if they are using Spray because of the drought but it would make since.

We are in the worst drought we have had in awhile. We are going to wait a few more weeks. Soil samples done and I wish I had them in front of me.

Here's what we use for the N. The P & K is still put out in a granular form.

You can't put cows on the pasture for a week after you apply 19e. It will kill them.

Liquid nitrogen i spray with the cows on the pasture mostly when it's raining.
I'm not familer with 19e. We use a 30-0-0 occasionally. It will burn your grass if you don't get rain pretty quick. I generally pull the cows but some don't.
Liquid fertilizer is no remedy for drought. You still gotta have rain. ( refering to op)

I've heard you can do that as long as it's raining. I'm not willing to take a chance of killing my cattle, and I normally mix 2-4d, Remedy, or some other pasture guard herbicides in with the 19e when I spray.
