Looks like a reaction to a shot that abscessed and is now open, draining & healing.
You can open it up a little more, thoroughly flush with diluted iodine and follow up with an antibiotic. Or you can do nothing - benign neglect.

How'd your tooth extraction work out? I usually let my dentist handle mine but you appear to know what you're doing.
