Speaking English in the US of A

All I can say is, if I moved to Germany I wouldn't expect all of the Germans to start speaking english to accommodate me.
Learn the Language or move to a country that does.

I was filling out an official form a while back (forget what it was for) and it asked what, if any, languages were spoken at home besides English. It being an official form and all, I thought it best to answer honestly:
